As a neighbor of Bordeaux, in addition to foie gras and black truffles, Périgord is a cost-effective wine with a potential that cannot be ignored at an affordable price. Blended from three kinds of grapes, deep pomegranate color, fragrant strawberry flavor, with a slightly spicy pepper aroma, moderate tannins make the wine structure complete, round and balanced texture, which is quite compatible with Chinese dishes, especially roasted meat and sweet and sour pork.
