In 1990, the Stütz family bought a beautiful old mill in Flonheim and converted it into a modern winery, and jointly operated 35 hectares of its own vineyard in a family business model. The goal is to produce high-quality, reasonably priced, and high-quality wines with strong regional characteristics. The bright goose yellow wine exudes the mineral aroma of green asparagus and white flowers. The mouth is full of rich and refreshing acid and suitable for drinking as an aperitif.
